Well I'm managing/co-owning FreePrizeSite.com
I Got about 800 or 900 members. Only like 200 actually did something.
I Just launched a new 2 free points to get more people goin' and actually have a reason to do much. But it's still pretty difficult.
I Got adwords running, i got ads on and link exchanges on a few sites, still hard.
