I have recently read a post on another site about auto refreshers not being allowed, but I can't find anything about them in sup*o*t or the manual.......I am hoping some of the pals on here can help me find an answer. I know bots aren't allowed and I completely understand that but why would auto refresh on sp*ctr*m be against policy......it just saves us from hitting f5 every few seconds.
