Hello! I'm hoping someone can help me! I was a westathome agent last year at around this time. I left in good terms and now would like to start again. Unfortunately, I can not find a phone number for HR from last year.
Has anyone been reinstated after not working for nearly one year? any advice?

I don't think there is a published phone number for HR, but their email address is... well I typed it out, but was re-thinking if it was legal to post it here. Please feel free to contact me for the addresses.
I completed training and just now (about 20 minutes ago) finished my first "shift".... VERY, VERY, slow .... received 0 calls in 1.5 hours.

I also was a "former" employee and was told that I had to go through the entire employment process again. I did so and am working again! Hope that helps!
