Is anyone here working cr*ck*t? I have trained for this skill and have only worked a couple of shifts. I am locked out right now waiting on my passwords to be reset. I would love to chat with someone who could answer some questions that I feel the p*ls would think were stupid. I just don't think the training was put together that well as I am so very confused. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thank you!
