I have been doing DR for a couple of weeks, I have had a few glitches and some calls scripts go more smoothly than others. There are a few that make me run out of breath reading all of those upsells which make customers get frustrated and impatient. Sometimes, there is so much text on the screen it is a little overwhelming. Despite all that each day is getting better. The main reason I'd want to stay with this job is the convenience. Being a college student and having to hustle and get to class it really is nice not having to commute to another place for work right now. I just can't wait for pay day it seems so far away.
