Dr Pay

Is the pay with Dr ever going to change. I have been worrking with them for 2 weeks now and the pay is .15 per talk time. When do they change the pay if ever. And how do I add hours on spectrum, regular hours. The only thing I seem to be able to pick up is trades. If I want more pay what should I do. I cant afford to resign and not be working. So how do I do this? Can anyone help?
