Failed Training now what?

I failed training with DR was on the next to he last exam and it had to do with OPB or something like that I am new to West and e mailed them asking for a do over, will they allow that and also how long before I get a new skill with the Holidays coming up could it be really soon?

I'm not completely sure, I'm new my self. But from what I've read it can take up to six months to get offered a second skill if you fail one.

I didnt even get a chance to finish my training.. I was on my last section w/toy r us and they shut me off!! Maybe some of us would like to take our time and read and study and need a few more hours to complete... I'm gonna look for another job that doesn't give so darn much details to learn on your own! Your are a call center rep working from home. There are many different skills, so you can take calls for several different company.
