HAS ANYONE been ABLE to Get in touch with C*t* P*ls lately

I have been calling the P*L line on and off for 4 days now and also tryed to use the chat function at west and it says no P*Ls available at this time. I am currently locked out due to password issues and have even sent emails which told me to keep calling. Problem solved.
So I was curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issue contact them?

Suni, I've called a p*l yesterday and the day before and got through both times. what time are trying to call them?
