H*LO? Anyone work that?

I was going through all the FAQs on the West website and came across info on H*LO and was wondering if they ever recruit for that skill? Does anyone do that skill currently and how do you like it?

I have had that cert for about 2 months now, I like it alot more than any of the others I have. Like most of the certs...in training it seems confusing but after a day or two on the phones you are fine.
