Hi, I am new here, so hello to everyone  I have been working for West for a few days now, but I can't seem to find any hours for my skill, live nation, except for today because of the event. Anyone else have any luck finding hours any other day? Do the hours usually come out the day before, or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I was so excited to get hired and start training, but now I am disappointed because I can't find any hours to work

I've had the same problem. I finally created a program that would refresh the spectrum screen every 5 minutes and store a screen shot. It went for 24 hours with only a 1 hour slot on a trade.
I talked to a PAL and he said that west had hired too many people and hours would pick up soon.

Hi, I have noticed that hours have picked up a little this week......you are going to need a refresher that refreshes at least every 10 seconds in order t pick up any hours.......I downloaded one online it works great............good luck to you

Actually the best way to do it is to log in to the employee site using firefox and open spectrum through there. There is an add-on that you can download for FF called reload every...I think thats what its called....but anyway you can google it and download it for FF. Then open spectrum through the employee site and right click then select reload every 5 or 10 seconds. Just make sure you have clicked on a day or it will bump you to the next week....I did this once and ended up in 2012, lol.
