On Monday, I was hired and filled out all my paperwork, as well as sending all the required documents. My status now reads:
"According to our records you are in a Hired status. You will receive a West at Home 'Welcome' email within one business day of your hire. One note: If you have not already done so, please be sure to submit any pending I9 documentation as soon as possible."
I still haven't received the Welcome letter. Should I contact someone or just be patient?

Is was about 4-5 days before I received an email saying I was able to start training, but it was around July 4th so that could be the reason too.

Hello everyone,
I also have sent all my paperwork to west on the 22nd of this month and still no answer. Should I be worried?
