Is there a trick to getting good H*N hours in Spectrum?

I have been with West for a couple of months with H*N skill. I am between jobs right now and really need to do a 40-hr work week but I can't seem to catch enough hours. I'm wondering if the more experienced agents get insider information on when hours are posted. Is that possible? Anybody have any ideas on any effective way of getting hours?
