I'm a new hire with West and I started training for DR because that was the only option I had available. I decided after several hours of training that I wouldn't be a good fit for that skill, so I resigned from that skill. Do I have any hope of being offered another skill anytime soon? Do they look "down" on people who resign from skills. I figured they would rather have someone who would feel comfortable doing the job than not.
What are your opinions?
