Has anyone else noticed that the rates for VM seem to constantly dwindle? It's gone from $9/hr to $7.50/hr within 4 months. When I worked nearly a year ago, we were paid per minute and then it went to per call- Back then I was making $9-$14/hr. I guess it can't get much lower than $7.50/hr since minimum wage in my state is $7.21. Anyone know why this is happening? Most companies will give raises- not only for staying with them but for cost of living as well. West seems to do the opposite.
