ShopNBC Guaranteed rates question????

I have been signed up all week for 10pm to 2am Sat/Sun at .17 talk minute. I've gotten the emails offering $10 gr from 11-12 and $12 gr from 12-1am... will I get the .17 or the guaranteed rate? Anyone with experience on this? I've asked the shop chat pals and gotten both yes and no.
