Started Domin** Power training Today

I just got hired and was assigned Domin**n Power Skill. I haven't seen any threads on this skill so I gather its a new project. I live in Fl and this power company seems to be based in Virginia and N Carolina so I don't understand why the would want CS agents in Florida. Anyway I'm glad to be on board and training does not appear to be two difficult (at least for now). Is anyone else on board with Domin**n? Rich
