Hi I just got offered this skill Virgin Mobile Holiday Support it says pay per minute just wondering what the per minute rate is and how seasonal it really is is christmas it or are there other times of the year also. If I take this will i still be offered something else since this will just be a seasonal skill. thanks in advance for any help regarding this skill.

Since you are an employee and not a contractor you get paid by the hour. Some certifications will still pay more than minimum wage if your talk time on the phone is equal to or more than that ammount. West still hasn't updated alot of there information. One of my mothers certs still says she gets paid $7.50, but she really gets min wage of $7.75.

You are guaranteed at least minimum wage for your state for training and working.
