Bucks and each email I get, it states V. Bucks and how the more you work, the more you earn. Well I am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to get any info about how much I have, how to redeem them, etc. I get the run around, I am told to email a certain person who has NEVER gotten back to me, the live chat in the FAQ section I get hung up on, etc etc. Has any of you EVER gotten your V. Bucks balance or instructions on how to redeem them?

I've always got notified of different projects from West but not one like this.
