PAL stands for Performance Assessment Liaison. A PAL is a point of contact between an Agent and West; available to help support the Agent through training and call processing.

The last step in completing training is a webinar which requires a telephone. The webinar is an online conference that requires an agent connect to a specific web site and dial in to a telephone conference line to listen to the leader of the conference.

Those answers were taken striaght from the support console pages.

You should know once you pick your skill about selling. Im not sure Im not with west but when I was working in a call center we had 3 clients and during trianing is when we found out what we had to do with each, so you should know during training.

Have you ever done this type of work before at home or in a call center?
