I am getting ready to attend mine..i did one back in Dec for Holiday support. My first webinar was 1 and 1/2 hours and they just used examples on how to take calls and orders(you are dialed into their conference on phone and computer). The end is left for any questions. When you call they will tell you the open dates for webinars. Hope this helps...

I don't do DR but when i called I was told that I would receive an email with available dates and times. It took a few days before I finally did. Good luck!
