Welcome message w/User name

I got an email last night that said that I "have successfully passed your background investigation. If you have not yet begun training, please return to the 'Training' page on the West At Home Employee site (https://www.westathome.net) to see if you may begin training on your assigned skills." But when you go to that site it tells you to use the user name you were given in your Welcome email. My Welcome email doesn't have a user name in it. What should I do?
