Will I need a headset to complete the application process? Wanted to see if I needed one so that I do not start application and unable to finish because I have not picked one up yet. Is the skills testing done at a seperate time? Thanks.

If you are in the filling out the application no you do not need headset. You will not need the headset until you are ready to take calls. But if I was you I would look into one as soon as you get the acceptance offer.
