I have applied for a job at west....Im not sure what I need as far as internet and phone. Do I need unlimited long distance ? What speed od DSL do I need ? I want to get these services ordered as it may take several wks to be installed.

Basicly and high speed internet will work even the slow DSL. The suggest not using VOIP phone, but I get phone service through my cable company and dont have any problems. I have never had a need for Long Distance. Hope this helps

I have cable internet but I'm sure any will work fine. You will be logging into their servers for work. As far as the phone you do not need long distance they will forward the calls to your phone.
