hey july cookie left i thing, now she need to wait and c if they post more hours, also cookie chek trades i get a lot a trades this week? cuz i change my mine after i pick my hours then , my friends call for a party and i need to downtime some shifts but then i pick some trades..... i went today to the store and evetyime i stop in the starbucks or k-mart i use the internet acces to check the shifts is crazy lololol, anyway let see...... u r lucky guys cuz english shiftsare more available than spanish, i prefer spanish they paid u more, and is my primary language but thise shifts gone fast!!!!! so i need to be alert!

Asked a PAL in Chat if I was logged in and got an affirmative.
Asked 15 min. later and another PAL said no.
(No calls during this time.)
Called a PAL, Help Desk, took screenshot, sent e-mails everywhere.
I don't want to lose this time.

dont worry juliana if u always report it doesnt matter how many time u resport it or how late u r to report it is going to be in ur account, i know cuz is happen all the time with me!!!
but i alwayz chek my pay detailes and i always have my work time and sometime they add me more how i dont know but im happy anyway try always to call pal when something happen , or try in chat or try live help.... it doesnt matter if u do it 30 minutes later is better do it soon or later than never!!!!!

43 minutes...I missed it by 43 stupid minutes. So sick of this inconsistent extrementfrom WAH. They were so focused on getting rid of THurs - Sat that nobody wanted until they put up Mon - Tues...that's why I missed them...last 3 weeks prior it was always at the same time. Think I'm going to be ill.

is easy ! go to pay information , then pay summary, THEN chek the specific date. Right there u gonna see when the period end, when u gonna receive date payment.. after u check the day, you would see all the payments details:
pay by talk
pay by work time
pay per contact
....
.....
etc
so click in pay by work time and right there u would see ur schedule time, how many minutes u work, if u have any trouble with the ade u would see it too, cuz u gonna see less time....
but listen dont worry if u would see for example time: 8:00 to 8:30 suppost to be u work 30 minutes but maybe u would see 28 m or 25mi...... u need to wait like 72 hours so the system update... also if you work 4 example, 8 hours x 7.50= 60 or 10 hours x 7.50= 75 maybe u would see 62 or 79 more than u work that is fine, perfect!!!
get worry if u seen 58$ or 70$ ,that mean less of ur paid,,,, cuz they dont paid the whole time that u was working..... how come is a few dollars more cuz, when u get earlier in ur ade, or after ur shift end u still on a call, or any extra....so thats good u know what i mean also u can chek moren things if u want ...............see ya!

Anyway until now is work for us so we r a good team, what i was wondering to know what gonna happen after this project end??? anybody know...
suppost to be wah send us a new invitation but for what skills??? how can we choose which one we wants also anyone know what skills are the best now, cuz i hear that all the skills are the same thing with pal, spectrum etc, butwhat skills is the better one right now! and i hope we altogether send us the same invitation, so we can keep our friendly forum!! 8)

I hope this project lasts at least a few months. It will take a while for everyone in the US and Canada to get the news about this recall .
I don't know much about the other jobs but I think this is pretty cushy...no upselling and paid by the hour, easy peasy. We just basically have to be nice to these poor people who are afraid their refrigerators might spontaneously combust at any second.
You're right Tropical, I've heard all skills pretty much have to fight for hours like we do.
I've read in other places that you don't want to take DR (Direct Response?). Some people mention feeling slimey about talking little old ladies into buying things they don't need. Others also mention that with DR you are encouraged to upsell but the agent gets no extra compensation / commission for the effort. I also am reading that if you accept DR you won't ever be offered another skill again. You will be stuck in DR until you voluntarily quit DR and then there is no gaurantee you'll be offered something else. I'm staying the heck away from DR.

I do believe that this skill will continue for quite a while. It seems that WP is spacing the mailing of the direct mail letters so as to *try* to not overwhelm the system. At the end of last week many customers received their letters and then we were getting totally swamped with back-to-back calls for hours on end. That was rough.
I, also, have been reading about other skills. Well, all I can say is, "They don't call it 'work' for no reason." LOL.
Cookie, have you been able to get a bunch of trade hours? Hope so.

ok july about my dr fail lololol, i didnt know, that the test will be like that, for me was little difficult cuz i didnt take to much notes or any shot screen.
I thougt was more easy so when i do the first test, i pass but i also didnt know after each curse or text, i need to do a test, i was worry , u know this is my first time...anyway, then the second test i fail but system give u another chance so u are able to look the bad and the good answer but when u repeat the test they change the position of the question is the same ? but in random......but i dont know....so i was not able to a least, have the correct answer note.
I didnt know the system give me another chance so i fail completly both opportunitys, and end of the story lololollolol...
is really my fault not to read all the directions , anyway i send e-mail to west i call to everybody but not one said nothing straight for me, only wait for new skills, others said: sorry we dont give any opportunity and bla bla bla bla, then i receive a invitation for whirlpool recall so i was fortunate to receive a new chance .... i was very happy that day so im here cuz 4 luck! loololol.
i really dont have a lot an experience with west but is u read this forum u would find more info....
i read some people doesnt receive another chance, also anothers who call west and e-mail west give her a new opportunity, also another people who apply after 4 or 6 months.... have the job cuz they put a new e-mail like a new aplicant and when they ask u apply before they click no never, so maybe thats!! why!
and w about ur story!!! 8)
