when you make busy, if you are "busy" for more than 10% of the half hour or 3min, you will drop to less than 90% productivity .
remember this also includes all the wrap times, etc, so things can add up.
if you need to take a break, you may need to log off, but then this affects SA, the only other thing is to schedule with smaller blocks of time

That's o.k. I guess I'll schedule myself for Toy R Us (TRU) training on those days. Juli you have 5 days to accept and 5 days to start the training.
Thanks for the well wishes. My hours for today were picked up thank goodness and I think my 4 year old just has a little 24 hour bug. Nothing serious.

but cookie if u start ur training already, ur time is gonna be expired for next week tuesday, if u said: that is 5 days the training, and u already start it, u will need to finish on monday 27...... or not?

Like all lines it TRU has it's ups & downs. Hours can be hard to get and a favorite pastime is stalking. Right now pay is set at $7.50/hr. You can get yellers... people mad about return policy but there are nice callers checking for items, gift card balances, updating registries or just in need of a store phone number. I've worked it for just over a year now & I still like it.
