Tomorrow, West will add an additional feature to the Employee web site called My .. Skills. The My... Skills section is designed to provide an informative snapshot of your currently assigned skills and their statuses. The section is pretty simple and straightforward – once you select My... Skills, you will see a list of skills that you are currently associated with, the status and a status definition/explanation.

It is for people to keep track of the skills they have been assigned. A lot of agents have multiple skills/ call groups they work for.

OH NIKKI i forget to respong u about the 1800flowers, i didnt accept it, cuz i work for west a full time and i was already schedule the whole week, and we need to start training on 27 i thing, so i casll they call, me too, and they understand , and i dont know why? but i thing they need some people cuz they really want me to work with them, and after i say i cant they told me to reapply again when i ready!

Well that's good Tropical that they want you to rehire. Everyone is so nice and the training is wonderful we did mock calls all day yesterday. I feel alot better about getting on calls when this is over. You should re-apply with them. I Love it so far!!! I suddenly want to ask for pro-flowers with West lol
