I feel so much better now. I have enough hours this week to make me feel comfortable breathing. Want you to know how much I appreciate you guys being around. It feels better, like I'm not so alone dealing with this Spectrum stuff.

Really weird --- Sunday hours are up and available for today. Only thing is it's 10 P.M. and the hrs. available are from 11 A.M.- 4 P.M. The day is over and all of these hours are showing up.
Strange . . .
Cookie, have you been working with the increased call volume? I've hardly been able to take a breath, much less a sip of water.
