I am just curious who everyone gets as a PAL and what are your experiences with them. I personally like Charlie, but that's just because he sounds cool and gets me laughing when I'm stressed. Anyone have any favorites or loaths? and why?

Just want to let you know that you shouldn't name P*Ls on the boards. It's really against policy and I would hate to see anyone get in trouble for it. From what I understand you can talk about your experiences but just don't include names. It's the privacy policy stuff.

So far I've had pretty good experiences with the P*Ls. Some are more helpful then others but I think that's normal with any job.

Yes, I agree...no names needed.

I have DR and have spoken to many different P*LS and find that, for the most part, they are all friendly and helpful! Every once in awhile, I think, they themselves might be stressed and having a bad day and sometimes it reflects in their manner.

Hugs,
