I have not been able to log in for the past 2 days since they have upgraded the website. Where we have to enter the turing number, it comes back invalid. I called customer service (after 55 minutes of hold) and they told me to keep trying that the server is backed up. On day 2 now with no luck. Anyone else having this problem?

I've had problems all week, but tonight I was finally able to log in and surf all my sites. Just hang in there.

I was able to log in.. but I was only allowed to surf 3 pages before it dumped me back out.

On another note.. I thought they had the ASD site down last Saturday during the Miami show to start Inputing the monies. How come they are still not there if they started with them last Saturday? Now we have to compete with the Chicago show as well?

I have part of my ad packages showing up from Miami, but I'm still waiting to see the Visa purchases for me and my downline.

I'm thinking that while they were redoing the site itself, they couldn't enter anything, their next priority was to get the global credits up to date, and I would assume they are now returning to updating the rest of the purchases.

With the huge influx of purchases at Miami, they also had a lot of W9s to process! I'm sure their task has been mammoth.

With the system not working they weren't able to work on other elements. They must be frustrated as well!

I hope Chicago doesn't turn out to be as big as Miami... only because I can't see inviting more to do when you're not caught up from the previous rally. However, they certainly couldn't pull the plug on it!

I look forward to hearing from someone who goes there today when they get home!

You probably won't be able to log-in or access the site for very long until next week when they are finished upgrading the site. They are saying our accounts will be credited for all the downtime so just be patient.

me too..
BTW, you can't get credit for days you can't get in if the site is supposedly UP. I tried that already and they just don't even respond to the request. First response was that they did credit me but it was a credit on that day for surfing the day before. Seems to me the customer service people are just more minimum wagers not paid to actually think!
As for hiring some of the best IT guys..it's just a question of BUYING servers that can handle more traffic and using a bigger pipe. But what do I know??!!

Tina, any idea why the site is still running like a piece of dung?

15 minutes to log on; 45 minutes to surf my 12 sites; no rebates credited for yesterday's surfing...

Hey Guys

On the newsite and in Andy's newletter we were alrady told that the site was having a major upgrading and that it would be unstable until the iddle of this week. We were also told that we would receive global credits for this time in Andy's letter.

http://www.freewebs.com/dawnstowers/index.htm

So no panic and all going as planned. No need to send tickets or call until the site is back up and running well and all rebates have been credited. Hopefully tomorrow night if they dont run into any unforseen snags.
