No long explanation on this title. I just want to know if it can be okay to ( round ) instead of [ square ] in business.

Because I think one can be. I've just come across too many business-types who have their ties tied too tight around their neck from being so stiff and rigid.

I think that it is okay to be a hybrid of business and fun:
Business Casual.

So, to check my crazy meter, let me know if it needs a bit of re-adjusting on this matter. Ciao!!

No readjustment needed! I think business ought to be fun! You ought to enjoy what you do for a living. If you can't find a way to have fun with your work, it will severely impact your quality of life.

I think that if you are not having fun, then you are doing it wrong.

Everyone should have fun when building a business. Don't be too serious about it.

Life is too short not to enjoy it. So if one is not doing so in all aspects of their life as much as possible they should start to engage in those necessary things to bring about a change for the better.

I agree with all of you. I think having fun with you business is a key element to being successful You already know if you don't like going to work at a job you hate how you feel why do it in a business? You have your choice in selecting a buisness, you don't always have that option on a job!!

I definitely enjoy what I do and if I have days when I don't feel like doing anything I now have the luxury with passive income of being able to do that.

If you plan to be successful it has to be fun. Observe the people who are most serious with their business. Are the majority of them billionaires and millionaires? See how most really rich, successful people are happy?

Success is borne of happiness. Misery and tension is borne of being serious, deadly serious. We all picked up some horrible ideas when younger, the worst of which is Hard Work. I devote 18 hours to my craft some days but don't work a second. I love what I'm doing. I smile. Most of all I'm not serious about it because being serious attracts more stress and strain. Why would I want to make things harder on myself.

There is zero balance with this. Being serious is for business people who are ignorant of their mind power. When you are light about your work success comes with little effort because everything you do will be fun.

Being serious is also an unattractive trait. I know successful people who have laser-focus who are light about their work. You can be motivated without having to take the fun out of your work. Just study the wealthiest and happiest people on earth. Use them as your model.
