Does anyone here know of any low sugar diets that are beneficial?

Mazzini, hello. I own a restaurant and use many low glycemic recipes. An excellent sweetener to use is xylitol - You are probably familiar with it. It has a GI of 13 instead of 100 like regular white sugar.

Organic coconut is another LG sweetener. If you are doing this for diabetes there are lost of great ways to help. Start with some smoothies
1 c spinach
1 banana
1 c water
1 orange

or you can go savory
1c kale
1 c basil
1 avocado
1 c water
