Tyhe usual you are expected to get from a forum, as you may have seen for yourself there are a lot of informative posts around which you can learn from.

Don't spend too much time on forums. They're valuable but big time killers. Implement what ever you learn from these forums. Ask members if you're stuck or have any questions. The biggest benefit of a forum is the easy access to the knowledge held in the minds of hundreds of people by simply asking a question. Also, help others by sharing your experience and knowledge.

Yes - can be a big time waster but as you say, onera, a great place to pick up tips and solving problems. Also pretty good to see what others are doing - and of reassuring yourself about what you are doing yourself.
