Hi All,

My momentum is now starting to pick up and I now find myself starting to get legs in several countries.

I am looking at Mainland China at the moment and there are a few restrictions there with the Govt. regarding MLM.

The standard MLM business model is not allowed, but e-commerce is encouraged by the govt. for personal use only.

With finding a successful process for launching MLM to the Mainland China areas there will be a flood of people grabbing the chance to embrace a capitalist business.

The main problem there is the inability for any payments via web using Credit Cards. Apparently even the wealthy there refrain from using CC's.

There is indications that Pay-Pal is one form of accepted web based transaction payment, but most MLM's do not use this.

If anyone has addressed this problem it would be great to find out how.

Let's embrace this everyone - We all stand to benefit.

If we all put our grey matter to work on this one and find a way this will definately allow us to grab our dreams and goals and make them a reality.

Business processes - products - payment procedures - marketing plans.

We need to come up with a way for it to happen and get our respective companies to adopt the process.

If my company is able - Great!

If someone elses company is able, I have no hesitation in joining them on this one.

My company currently has agents in 96+countries and they are currently working on expanding to China, but have yet to do it,as the reasons above show.

I am not versed in the full details of it but I do know work is going on behnd the scenes to find a way to tap into thei simply enormous market.

What is surprising is that the Govt endorses e-commerce but has not initiated or allowed the payment system to make it happen on a wide scale.

We have already set up a distribution template to deliver door to door in China and is working.

The main stumbling block is the payment system. A few are capable of using our standard model, but it is the masses that can't we need to address.

Does anyone have any experience with "Wire Transfer"?

Is this an option worth considering for the general public in China to purchase their products as needed?

Does anyone have anything to suggest regarding Pay Pal working with MLM's?

Interesting developments - I have been in contact with a business person in Hong Kong and there were interesting facts given to me.

China is not a credit card society. Not yet anyway. There are the few that have travelled aboard or are already in business. But it's a limited market. Even the wealthy Chinese have to have a bond of surplus funds to even apply for a Visa card.

Here in China there is PayPal China. It would be the easiest solution for the Chinese people. The main reason being the new customer can be verified with PP and have their debit card attached to their account.

The only problem is if PP would let them fund there account with an "efpos" card. It's not a Visa or Master card thou. It's a Chinese debit card used through the Bank of China or the Agricultural Bank. Then PP has restrictions with companies that are MLM.

From what I have researched the favourite way to pay for goods is through the postal system. The transactions are put through with the companies name and the bank account details it's a direct deposit straight into the sellers account.

Has any other company addressed the delivery issue there?
