I am a retired gay male, former public school teacher. I havn't done much to work at home to make money but I have the opportunity. I have been ask to write a column on seniors for our local gay newspaper. This would use my writing skills and my people skills to complet a compelling bimonthly column. I am good at having insite into people problems and solutions. If I could turn this into an income producing occupation I would appreciate any suggestions. I have done staind glass and gave it up when I had some medical problems and moved, so my materials are scattered in the basement and it would take some effort to get it all together.

So you basically answered your own question. If you can write for them, you can ask for a fee and make extra money.

Good luck.
