I think MLMs are the most popular, BUT a lot of people don't ever make money with the.

Affiliate marketing is becoming the number 1 way people are making money online.

I would think Affiliate Marketing... but to be good at it you go to be at least hv knowledge on how the whole www works ie. generating traffic, SEO, increase conversion rates etc..... just be careful and not too overwhelming with all the infor available... some are good some are rotten... research and study is the key here I guess..... take baby step at time... learn to crawl before running like a horse... i m still new in this whole making money online eventhough my day time job is all abt IT for almost 10 years....so need assistance here and appreciate all frens and marketer here.....

Thanks all....

Happy Thanksgiving and good holiday...

cheers...

MWB

Affiliate / bum marketing seems like.

Although the real money lies with creating your own product, which is not actually that difficult to do. Go to OpenOffice.org and download OpenOffice for free. It's like MS Word but it's free and lets you save documents as PDF. With this, you can easily create your own ebooks!

I work at home doing customer service and sales calls for various clients. That is guaranteed income just from working from home. I've tried affiliate marketing and MLM's but it did not guarantee an income to pay my bills! Yes... the residual income and 6 figure income does sound good.. but it did not promise or guaranteed. Also, there was so much investments involved and the time to recruit and promote your business was not worth it. They say you can work from home being your own boss and only putting in a couple hours a day... but I find it to be a lie unless you have a lot of money to advertise your business or hire telemarketers to call and do your recruits for you.

I think probably customer service is the most common. There are also tons of transcriptionists who work at home.

Blogging and using adsense and affiliates to monetize your blog seems to be popular. As previously mentioned though many people are creating thier own methods and finding niche's.

Affiliate Marketing is the best I have found.
Retail, especially on eBay is difficult to turn a profit for the small sellers.
If you learn to affiliate market, using persistence and drive behind you, there is a lot of money to be made.

My PIPS program is great for getting started. Loads of great training in an easy step-by-step format. You get a ready-made website set up for you within 24 hours, but it is very customizable. There are tools around to make updating your website a piece of cake. You want to update both to be unique and to attract the search engine spiders. (I just switched to a JOOMLA site, and updating is very easy.)

There are multiple streams of income with PIPS (some free to join) and a great support group to guide you along. I recommend it thoroughly if you are serious. (There are hundreds of people out there who join any program, then quit when the money doesn't roll in automatically--unfortunately, that is not how it works. Affililate marketing is "get rich slow". And takes some application of the training.)

As a new member in Kenya(Africa), please advise me on how i can earn money through working at home for international clientelle.
Currently, i provide accounting and related services to local SME's.

Proffesionally, i am a CPA and my wife has higher diploma in IMIS. Our internet connection is 24hrs though slow during the day.

Am good in english and would really cherish the challenge of working for an international client base.

I would think the call centers would be the most common work at home jobs, basically customer service. Although on another forum there are tons of work at home jobs listed. I've never pursued them, but have a few friends who work from home doing various things, from scheduling appts and keeping bookeeping in order for a doctor to telemarketing.

Hi Folks!

It is my opinion that MLM and Affiliate Marketing are not jobs as much as business opportunities. The jobs that I have seen that are legitimate tend to be focused toward telephone customer service. Those are the ones who hire the most and seem to retain the most people.

Happy Hunting!

I would also agree that customer service is the most popular, but it isn't very profitable.

Selling your own products is the way to go once you have the skills and knowledge.

It is business, you can make money if you are willing to take a risk
