Sorry to get off topic, I do think that outright fake names are unethical. As for pictures, its probably allowed, but still, it truly doesn't seem right and because you realized it, others will as well and it will actually hurt the business in the long run. So, its better to be honest and have real true information (nomatter how ugly you think you are, LOL!) Than to be seen as a fraud!

The problem with most sales types is that they are very Compartmentalized...

I.e If It's Not Illegal It's OK!

There is no such thing as dis-honest with this type of personality....
