Hey, Im a nweby at this style of communication. What I can say about meditation is: first there are two worlds that exist here, one is material and the other is astrel. The astrel has been here since the beginnning of time but rarely experienced. Proof is that there comes a voice in the mind of a person that has began the journey of persistance and diligence. Its also descibed in the bible, the book of John of the four gossples. In the beginning was the word and the word was God. It is also mention in the Bhagavad Gita as the vooice of Krishna or the Egyptian Book of the Dead, Described as the voice of Thoth. It is only obtained thru meditation.
