Heart Math is an amazing program used to test the coherence of the mind and the heart. It's been used by large businesses and the results of having employees working better, more focused, and more together have been amazing.
the Heart Math system requires a bit of hardware(a USB monitor) and the Freeze Framer Software.
Check it out and get back to me with your results, I'd love to share. I've been using it for a month now and after using it I feel focused, relaxed, and excited to amp my business up even more!
