My monthly payout ranges from 80 to 200 bucks depending on how much effort I out in.
Now 7 months in I have paid 112. I have made and made back just over 1000. Not bad for a no brainer.
Sean

'how much effort' refers to what?

And,
are you saying you have not spent ANY money on advertising?

Thats supposed to be "how much effort I put in"
If you know anything about me you'd know Im cheap. I dont like to pay for advertising. I place a few free ads.Free classifieds sites are all over the internet and very easy to post your opportunity to. I also use a rotator so when people do sign up through one of those ads. They are placed under my team members. Allowing their systems to pay for themselves too. I do not buy leads for this program but will on occasion use leads left over from other business ventures I am involved in. I call them up and send them to the website.

Getting people to go to your BT site is easy. Its a very self explanitory system. They watch the videos and either get it ...or dont.
The ones that do....simply join.
I have , in fact, paid for one ad source. I joined US Freeads last year and paid 9.99 for the year in whats called the gold membership. I have, to date, placed over 100 ads with that service for various opps .5 of which were BT ads. That 50 cents in advertising costs.

I hope this helps

Sean

TJamMoneyMan you are asking a relative question

Someone might put 1h in and 0$ and earn 1000$ first month. on the other hard i will need 2 months or more to break even.
In nuitronix i might break even after first month. I still need one more in my downline.

It depends how big your client base is already. If you have a blog with a lot of people reading it, making money is not a problem but if you start with nothing it will take some time.

I don't spend a lot of time and money promoting it. I post on forums started to blog(not published yet), did some pay per read emailing(cheap) and some traffic exchanges.

I do spend time learning about promoting techniques and marketing .

TJamMoneyMan you are asking a relative question

Well, I have absolutely no idea what on earth a 'relative question' is, but I am glad to see you guys at least attempt to offer some answers!

I note a lot of differences in your replies however.
Perhaps this is good an natural, but I would also think there would be one straight foward, comprehensive type of answer that would clarify things.

One one hand, I notice apparent contradictions throughout this thread as to the investment/payout realities of promoting BT.

On the other hand, Tadej offers a possible explanation as to why some people can have success with this very easily, and without advertising costs, while for others it may require a greater expenditure of time and money. This seems to have to do with the person's skill, experience and resources as an internet marketer, which would normally not apply to the newbie.

Then, it seems that some people do not find the success with BT that others do.

I'll try to address each of these observations as I post replies.

Thanx for taking the time to address my concerns!

i think berry tree is easy to earn at least small amounts of money because of spillovers and bonus pools but it sure does take time to break even if you count only on that

So i'd say you need to advertise on your own if you want to earn some money. Probably spend an hour per day with traffic exchanges and posting free ads around. Posting on forums or blogging is nice. Write articles and submitting them could potentially get some traffic. This things are all free to do but they eat time.
And once you start to get downline you will need to spend even more time helping them so they earn something too or they will leave and you are at the beginning again.
I think that this program is not for someone who just wants to sit and watch money come. It takes time and effort or you will be losing money for quite some time. (worst case 18 months)

Well, this is exactly what I would expect!
It is also exactly what my experience has been!

LOTS of time is spent using 'free' advertising.
Most of it doesn't pay off.
So far, for me, 'free' advertising has NEVER paid off!

People have told me that they have used 'free' ads and gotten 'great results'.
I then used THE SAME ADS, to promote THE SAME PROGRAM, and gotten NOWHERE AT ALL!

The only thing that has ever gotten me SALES, has been PAID ADVERTISING! But even then, after deducting the COST of the ad (to say nothing of the TIME spent placing the ad), there was not that much left in the way of NET earnings.

SO, when people tell me about how they get results with free advertising, and 'no other effort', I feel justified in asking, "What the heck is going on?".

If there is a catch - like the person is an experienced I'net marketer, with a list of clients that are ready to follow that promoter into hell and back, then they should say so, instead of implying that ANYONE will have that same type of success.

To not include that type of information, or other qualifying factors, is misleading and dishonest, IMHO.

Yes, at $60 per month, $720 per year, there has to be a LOT of spillover and bonus' to become profitable!
But according to you, even earning 'at least small amounts of money' will indeed take time, and effort, IF you can get 'free' advertising to pay off. If NOT, then of course, that will mean time AND money spent.

One reason I got into SUPER EDEN is that, costing only $39 per YEAR, it doesn't take much to become profitable.
After only 8 weeks, I got $50 in commission from spillover alone - I have gotten NOTHING in the way of paid sponors from my own efforts.

That $50 not only paid for the cost, but includes $7 profit (the yearly subscription cost winds up being $42.95, for some damn reason I can't remember offhand!).

That's certainly not much, but it IS effortless income!
And with 10 months left, I am figuring I can continue to come out ahead by doing NOTHING - after all, the next spillover comission will be ALL PROFIT, since I am paid up for the entire year!

Such effortless payout AND profit, will make renewing my yearly subscription truly a 'no brainer'!

(Sorry, I didn't mean to get 'promoty' and all!)

Perhaps some lessons in copy writing could better the results of free advertising.
I would disagree that "It Doesnt work!"
Learn to write an ad that does the job...Then post it. Free or otherwise. If its witten well ....it wll sell.

Free ads do tend to have worse conversion than PPC or traffic from your blog/site/forum. They are not targeted that well and with traffic exchangers most people just click it to earn credits for their own site but someone might get interested in what you have to offer and continue to take the tour.
Every bit of it helps, question is if it is worthed the time you need to invest in it. That's what you decide.

Well, I haven't been writing the ads!
As I mentioned in my post, I used the same ads those who claimed they got 'results', used!

It's hard to imagine that ANY well written ad will get sales - the product you are offering MUST have something to do with it after all!

I never said free ads 'don't work', just that I haven't had success with them.

I think Tadej put it best by saying, the issue is wether or not it is worth the TIME investment.

That's my basic line of questioning: how much time and money is needed to promote a product, and what is the payoff.

Now don't you consider that for any endeavor in life?
Wether or not "it's worth it"?

You don't put 40+ hours into a workweek and consider it worthwhile, unless the PAYCHECK is worth your valuable TIME investment.

The same is true of any business venture.

And isn't that why we are persuing online opportunities after all?
We are tired of working jobs, or pursuing money making opportunities that don't reward us well enough.
We want a payout that is worth the investment of time and money.

Hi There,
As a member of the Berry tree since May of 2007 I will tell you to not quit your job when you sign up for the BT. I bought advertisements and promoted the BT and was doing well with bringing in Members. With fast start bonuses and matrix pay we made as much as $350.00 one month. We found that it was very hard to keep members and they were always dropping out. I think because people are always wanting to make money fast and were not willing to stay in. Also the leaders of the BT were promising members and spillover that were coming very slow. Also the bonus pools were doing OK until the beginning of 2008 and they started going down. The Bronze pool as of March 2007 was less than $34.00 which does not cover the cost of the BT membership which is what is promised in the promotion of the BT. I would say that yes they are getting over 100 people a day to join but most are joining on the free trial and are very hard to get to upgrade. Hopefully the leaders of the BY will find a way to change things and at least get the bronze pool to cover the cost of the membership.

Thanks for your update. It is always interesting to hear how people are doing down the track a year or so to see if some of these opportunities deliver what they claim. Thanks for taking the time.

Hi there,

I agree that its slow especially if you don't promote yourself. They are making some big changes probably by the end of May that will change the matrix and make spillover happen faster.

Also, the new Berry Greens boost is supposed to finally come out which will be a much better product.

I honestly feel the admin knows this is happening too slowly and is doing everything they can to make this happen for everyone.

I just had a weird experience though because someone joined under me with the free trial and asked if this was a quick money maker and I flat out said no. You have to think of it as an investment. He signed up anyway....go figure!

Take care,

Laura

It was September 20, 2007. The new matrix and payplan begins June 1 (I think).

Take care,

Newbie help with Berry Tree

Hi all,

Hoping somebody that is using the Berry Tree system can help me.
I signed up over the weekend for the 30 day trial. Paid the $4.95 s&h for the sample product. I've been bombarded with the welcome emails (LOL).Also found out I have to pay extra for one of the websites.

I guess my question is- which way do I go?Or- what do I do or how do I get started? This is the first of this type of program that I have ever joined and not sure how to do this.

I have not paid my monthly fee yet or the other website fee. So I think I have 1 website I could promote? Help!!!!

Hi everyone,

I just upgraded and now I feel better. Had a momentary sense of panic. I now have direction! I went ahead and attended my first online conference and won $25.00 just for attending! Pretty cool!

Hi Everyone

I have been in BT since August and need 1 more BMC for bonus pool. I do not promote BT and am passive in it. I just got my first order of Berry boost, I liked it but must say that I am disappointed that you only get 15 packets for that price.

As for Nutronix I sell my product to people so I make a little profit in that.

I am waiting to see what happens with the new matrix and bonus pools as they are promising that they will go up so we will see.

However I am dissappointed in the way the matrix will pay out since they are not paying commissions until the 3rd level. Now that I have spill from restructuring that is nice to see.

I would love to hear what others think of this new matrix and how it will pay out.
