You are partially correct. They are making BOTH VIP points AND cash rewards a day. When you are doing 100% repurchase, you are earning VIP points each day you do an ad. When you do something like the 80/20, you are taking your earnings and purchasing VIP bids with 80% of your earnings and then redeeming the remaining portion as your cash reward.

Many recommend doing 100% until you get to 10,000 VIP points, and then you can set it at 80/20, 85/15, 90/10, etc. As long as it is above 80%. Others are waiting until they get to 50,000 points before they do it. It is a matter of personal preference.

If i read correctly on Zeek Rewards News,they actually stopped giving us customers which was called the 5cc rotator. All new affiliates... It never existed to you.

Welcome to the forum.

That's correct, the 5cc no longer exists. However, the affiliates who used to be subscribed to the 5cc back when it existed can continue to receive customers from the rotator (at no cost) if they sign-up 2 PRCs.

Hello Annette,

How are you?

Just a little disappointed with ZR. As I told you earlier, I had paid my subscription on time i.e. 19th April via STP. Due to a glitch at their end, I was downgraded to Free and remained as Free member till 4th May. Finally, on 5th May they reverted my account to Silver. This means that I have lost 13 days earnings (VIP points). I didn't realize this would hurt me soo much. I will now have to pay my subscription on 5th June. I thought everything was hunky dory, till I noticed that my points started retiring every day..the first chunk was 140 points and daily about 3 or 4 [points are getting retired. This leaves me with not much points to my credit each day.

Don't you think the Company should compensate for loss? I have written to Support, but no response from them so far. Earlier too i.e. sometime in the month of March there was an error in my RPP, and that too has not been attended to so far.

I hope the same doesn't happen again when I pay my subscription on 5th June.

Kindly give me your thoughts on this.

Very strange. I always make sure I'm up by 6:00 am every single morning in order to place my ad. For some reason or other, I don't see my May 9 earning/VIP points etc. I don't expect to see yesterday's (May 10) yet - but I DID expect to see May 9? Something is wrong here.

Something is wrong. It showed my daily rewards but my downlines did not show after he just bought bids. They did turn into VIP though but no cash rewards. Hopefully it's just a glitch.

Ok new topic.
I'm about to hit my 90 day mark in 1 month. Is there any advice on what to do. I'm currently at 100% and has been there since day 1. Anyone who has gone through it please feel free to share your experience.

If you are sure about placing your ad it's better you send a ticket to Support informing them. I too had experienced this problem some time in March, and the matter is still to be resolved. I didn't hear from Support. Anyways, keep at it.

Hi Flo,

I've been wondering how your situation was progressing. I'm glad to hear that you're back at the Silver level, but equally disappointed to hear that you've lost 13 days. I know others who have experienced lost days as well.

There is a topic posted over at the new Zeek Support Forum that is similar to your situation, titled "downgraded to free affiliate". The affiliate was told that they could not be issued backpay, but that they would receive the days lost in their 30 day cycle. I'm not sure if they will do the same for you (since every situation is different), but hopefully they can do something since you did everything required on your end.

Sending in support tickets these days can result in a very long wait. You might get more results if you can get on live chat and give them the ticket numbers of the tickets you've already submitted, and ask them to expedite them. You might also want to try adding a post to the topic I mentioned at the Zeek Support Forum, or even start your own new topic there.

I've always used my commissions or cash available for my monthly subscription. It keeps things simple, and payments are made without any problems because you can have the funds set aside and ready in advance. It's something to consider if you don't want to use STP anymore.

Thanks for the link. I was not aware of this Zeek Support Forum, though I've been following the News regularly. I will post my message there and hope for the best.

I've seen a thread titled - Are we getting 10 VIP points for completing comp course? Someone has even completed the course and got 10 points. In the back office there is no such link where the course can be done. In fact, the same has not been activated as yet. Then how come, some claim to have done the course. Or have I missed something.

Have you done the course? If so, where to I go to get details. I believe the course has to be completed by 12th May. If you are aware of this compliance course, please do give me details.

Many people don't know about it yet. The link wasn't posted in the ZR News (I think because it's just a beta for now). I just happened to see it posted at another forum.

You should see "Zeek Training Center" in your back office. It's still grayed out, but you can click on it. I haven't taken the course yet, but will eventually. It was mentioned that the course needs to be taken by the 15th to receive the discount rate of $5 (or within first 2 weeks for new affiliates). But I'm hoping they will extend the date since some people are having problems with it.

This is what I've heard about the Compliance Course so far...
The course includes videos followed by multiple choice questions. It is broken up into 10 chapters, with each video lasting anywhere from 2 to 6 minutes. (You're able to pause the videos if needed for a break). Subjects include MLM compliance and laws. The entire course takes about an hour to complete. If there is a part you don't pass, you can re-take it. The Compliance Course is required for all US affiliates, and recommended for all others.

I have taken the course and Elysium is correct. There are 10 chapters and each video is about 2-6 minutes long. It deals with Pyramids, Lottery laws, MLM, etc. But from my understanding, you can only fail once.
