Penny,

Trivita is an MLM, but it does have another
side to it. It is called Cooperative Marketing.
This is where we cooperate or "help" Trivita
with their advertising costs by purchasing
customers from them and they "help" us by
giving us lifetime commission rights to these
customers.

This was the part a lot of people were talking
about and it not being your normal "MLM".

The "cactus juice" product that you are talking
about is called Sonoran Bloom Nopalea
and yes it does taste yummy but the results
you can receive from the product if you have
any kind of inflammation is even better.

Hope that helps and if you have any other questions
I would be glad to answer them for your.

Becky

Hi! Sorry I have not been to this great forum recently. It has been so busy with Trivita and I also "killed" two laptops and forgot the link to this forum and kept ending up on another workathome, without the "-". I still hear from many of you that come to this forum all the time via phone and email, so I did not make as much effort as I should have to get here, and I again apologize.

I just returned from the annual Galaxy of Star's. I could not update everyone every day while I was at the Galaxy of Star's like I did last year, but I literally never had time to turn on my laptop once. This was the first year Trivita had separate break out session's for the Director's in addition to the Director's dinner. There were also people there in team's in addition to our's and Trivita employee's that wanted to visit in the short time between meetings, receptions and dinner's so I literally was running from one function to the next.

The Galaxy of Star's was even better this year than last year, and the focus is very clearly on Sonoran Bloom Nopalea. I received a lovely crystal statue as a 1 Star Director that is even heavier than last year's, LOL! I went on the morning walk with Dr. Minshew - you will probably see us, we were filmed by Trivita. It was great, not only did Dr. Minshew go over product's, he went over the natural plant's in the Sonoran Desert and pointed them out, including the Nopal cactus.

There were two very moving testimonials on Nopalea, many new updates to both our Sonoran Bloom and Trivita site, we have great training material's at Sonoran bloom too! Now you all will appreciate this - on the flight to AZ someone behind me saw me reading "Health Magazine". He tried to give me the Secret Killer Report that we have available to us on inflammation in our Sonoran Bloom backoffice. I showed him the page where my son is, LOL! and told him we were going to the same event and I take Nopalea by the case between my husband, son, dog and I. USE THE SECRET KILLER REPORT - it works!

Galaxy of Stars Schedule
Thursday: Many people toured the TriVita Office and Global Shipping on Thursday afternoon. In the evening we had a great time at the kick-off event which was a buffet meal along with entertainment and awards.
Friday: The meeting went from 9am - 12:00 Noon and then 2pm - 4pm. That evening was the Director's Dinner which was exceptional. I sat at a table with the head of the IT dept. so heard alot about great future enhancements to the sties.

Saturday: The meeting went from 9am - 12:30. In the afternoon the meeting went from 2:30 - 5:00, and there was a special Director's breakout meeting during the same time. That evening was the Gala Dinner with more entertainment and awards.

Here are a few of the enhancements and improvements that were announced:

- New Three Step Process for building TriVita, Get 2 It!, and the Nopalea Wellness Challenge were announced. More details on these things will be discussed on the call tonight and in upcoming emails.

- We will be able to buy Affiliate Members from the new infomercial later this year. The whole strategy and structure behind this was shown, and it was awesome. Let me tell you that it is VERY POWERFUL and will be VERY PROFITABLE!!! I could type out an entire email just on this subject alone. The ability to buy Affiliate Members and then place them in your organization is going to be like throwing fuel on a fire, in other words, it's going to be explosive in a huge way. Look for people to go from very few points and a small group to 4 star affiliate and Director level's and beyond , but only if they follow the Three Step Process, Get 2 It!, and the Nopalea Wellness Challenge which you will learn more about this week and next.

- No fee to sign up as an Affiliate Member starting Monday, October 12.

- No social security number needed when signing up. This information will need to be supplied after an AM is paid $500.

- New Sonoran Bloom Wellavoh multi-vitamin coming in November. This will be offered in both a men's and women's formula.

- New packaging for all products (except Nopalea). This will be a pearl color and it looks great.

- Your back office at MyTrivita.net will be updated in "real time" with current points and volume starting November 1.

- Special Directors Only Meeting in Tucson, Arizona in February 2010. I really look forward to attending this!

- Regional Training Events coming to an area near you in 2010.

You will hear more updates and details TONIGHT (Tuesday) during the weekly Company Update & Training Call with Terry Newsome. Be sure to dial in live!
Dial 212-461-5860 - Pin 0752# at 8:00pm Eastern / 7:00pm Central / 6:00pm Mountain / 5:00pm Pacific Time
You will learn about the New 3 Step System and the Nopalea Wellness Challenge on this call!

Read Michael Ellison's new blog post which gives more information from the event: http://blog.sonoranbloom.com/

Many new tools are available in our back office which you can view at: http://www.sonoranbloom.com/content/shop/nopaleatasting/purchase.aspx

Whatever group you work with - call your upline leader or Director this week to hear more exciting updates from the Galaxy of Stars conference, if they attended. Now is the time to learn about everything so you can be part of the big growth that is happening with TriVita!

My family, even my dog that was feature in the Sept. Vita Journal, have had exceptional results with Nopalea. This product is making a huge difference in people's lifes. It certainly has in our's.

Trivita Email Update

Dear Affiliate Member,

You've talked, we've listened! And now, we want to share the recent and exciting changes we've made to our enrollment process for becoming an Affiliate Member. As some of you may have heard at our Galaxy of Stars event, we've removed some of the challenging barriers that were keeping new Affiliate Members from enrolling. We want to make it easier for you to be able to share Nopalea with others and provide them with an easy and hassle-free enrollment process.

Right now, when people visit sonoranbloom.com, they will see a new button that says "Become an Affiliate" instead of "Get Started." This will help new Members and Prospects easily find the right navigation path to Affiliate Membership.

Also, we've created a simple form that asks for only the necessary information to enroll! Now, your Social Security Number and Email addresses are completely optional. This removes any barriers from new Affiliates from signing up that may not feel comfortable providing this information. (Please note, upon reaching $500 in compensation, we will need to request a social security number as required by US and Canadian statutes for income tax.)

Great News! If you are an existing Affiliate, you do not need to re-enroll. However, to be Share and Earn qualified, you just need to have at least one bottle of Nopalea on monthly autoship. Sign-up for autoship today! Please contact Affiliate Member Services at 1-800-TRIVITA (874-8482), or at [email protected]. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, MST.

We hope you and your Prospects find our new process to becoming an Affiliate Member much easier! As always, we are interested in your fantastic feedback on how these incorporated changes are working for you. Please email us your comments and suggestions at [email protected].

Sincerely,

Cinda Malouin
Director of Marketing

Make sure, if you are a Trivita affiliate, that you are getting on the new training series that started Tuesday evening on Sonoran Bloom Nopalea. Leading with the product is so easy, especially with this product. My family, friend's and many in my downline and upline have experienced amazing results with reductions in inflammation ranging from diabetes, heart disease to arthritis, asthma and psoriasis.

Become acquainted with the Get2It program that will open up once the new Sonoran Bloom infommercial air's in November. I am featured in the infommercial and had a great time filming this! WOW! the home we filmed the Sonoran Bloom Nopalea infommercial in was fabulous. Terry Newsome, the National Sales Director for Trivita made us all feel so at ease. Many of us saw the first vs. of the new infommercial on the Family Channel in the USA a few week's ago. Several more vs. are being tested now, so it will not be long until we are up and airing! This will be great because it will be the first time we have the opportunity to purchase affiliates as well as member's (customer's). Trivita will also continue airing the well known Sublingual B12 infommercial, so we will have two running.

Many of us are taking the time to call our current customer's and if they have not yet ordered Nopalea, you can send them a Gift of Health. I just had one of my son's customer's upgrade to a Sonoran Bloom affiliate this week. This customer was also a win back customer - which means they had not ordered anything for 7 month's and are now an affiliate with a case of Nopalea on autoship. You just never know.

Casper, when I was in the director break out sessions at the Trivita annual convention a couple of weeks ago we discussed international expansion and it appear's Australia may be the first country we enter. Things could change, but this market was already tested and it came up in the meeting for director's and in one of the general session's for all Trivita affiliates.

Prior to that time, you can join but must have an EIN (USA tax id no) and a shipping address in the USA. We have ways to do this as Don mentioned, but there is the additional forwarding cost to get product to Australia. I have a few from Australia already and other's that prefer to wait until Sonoran Bloom officially launches internationally in 2010.

You are REALLY right when you say there are online a few businesses out there that are legit. Most of these MLM businesses are only letting the top people earn money. I say start your own business or try to find businesses that have a long track record and a good BBB report. Otherwise, you will be working to make someone else rich.

Yes Trivita is definitely a MLM to deny it is disingenuous, When you say that in most MLM biz "top people" are making the money..
Key is to become one of the "top people"

Of course it's important to remember that the product you are selling especially in the health wellness arena which is now overrun because there are so many of them, is not over priced.

Starting a business of your own in this economy is risky at best.

Lots of growth last month and Trivita is still the #1 Business in my portfolio.
Long Term and always improving.

There are no more fees to sign up for Trivita, just get 1 bottle of Nopalea on Autoship and
you are Share & Earn qualified you can start to purchase MAP customers right away and earn
commissions.

Well, it's awful quiet in these threads, but don't chalk that up to inactivity! The introduction of the "Get2It program" and new sign up process of TriVita has sort of taken promotion of the business in a new direction... Those of us promoting online are spending more time promoting the Nopalea product (which has become the cornerstone of TriVita's business model) and it's through introduction of people to the product that we are building our affiliate base!

Happy customers who like the product make the best affiliates to promote the product.

That being said, here is a breakdown of some of the most recent changes:

1) TriVita has changed the "Get2It" bundles to include 4 contacts (some customers and some affiliates) rather than 3 AND, during the month of March, they've boosted it up to FIVE contacts in a bundle if the bundle is purchased for someone on your first tier! That means this month they've nearly DOUBLED the value of a Get2It Media Bundle!

2) Also starting this month, TriVita is awarding VitaPoints for all Get2It Media bundles purchased. The PURCHASER is the one awarded the extra points and as long as those upline from that purchaser are S&E qualified (have at least 1 bottle of Nopalea on autoship) they too will share in the added 240 VP from that bundle purchase. Those not S&E qualified will simply be "skipped" when the points are being awarded... On top of that, if the PURCHASER has a CASE of Nopalea on autoship rather than a bottle and they are purchasing for their first level, they will be rewarded an ADDITIONAL 240 VP for their bundle purchase (for a total of 480).

The additional Vitapoints are meant to help people move through the ranks faster. They call the program the Career Plan Acceleration Program (CPAC).

And that brings us to big update #3!

3) CPAC extends out for the next 7 months and during that time our progress up the ranks is going to be tracked by TriVita... Whatever HIGHEST RANK we obtain within this 7 month CPAC period dictates the rank we will be compensated at throughout the remainder of 2010! That means, if we have a great month one month and the following month we don't hit our TGV required to maintain the rank we hit the previous month it doesn't matter... We won't drop back to the lower payplan, we will still earn according to the highest rank obtained. smile.gif

What a great time to be part of TriVita!!! This is the ONLY business I know of that keeps remodeling their business plan to make it more affordable for people to get started and ensures that they foster growth among their affiliates for a long time to come!

What other business can you think of that allows you to purchase customers for yourself? What other business incorporates a dynamic teambuilding concept like Get2It is which enables insane growth to perpetuate simply because people not only BELIEVE in the mentoring concept but actually mentor to ensure their downline is successful too? And what other business pays attention to the economy and adjusts their business plan to suit the broadest market of individuals?

Think about it... TriVita went from a company offering packages you could join through that ranged from $150-$1500 (excluding the $25 sign up level which really didn't get you much of anything) to a company that allows people to essentially TRIAL the business for 30 days before they have to pay any autoship fees (of only $40/mo). They've got real products that work, they are a 10 year old company, debt free, and now, all new affiliates have to do is bring in 2 people they know (again, can be free for up to 30 days before starting autoship) and they are eligible to receive FIVE new contacts from their upline. 1+1= 7 right now it TriVita... smile.gif

Is there REALLY any other business out there that beats that??? Seriously, if you are reading this, I challenge you to come up with one!

Now, unless you've been keeping up with things as TriVita has evolved, some of those updates may not mean much but that's what those of us in this thread are here for! Feel free to email or PM any one of us!

Do any of you know the average value of one customer? In other words, how much does the average customer order during his or her lifetime as a customer?

Another way to ask this question is: What is the Return On Investment (ROI) for each customer purchased for $50? (I read early in this thread that it's about 40%--is that true for you if you are a TriVita rep?)

I realize from reading this thread that customer acquisition is not the only way to make money with TriVita but I'm curious about the above numbers.

Many thanks,

Mark

Hi Mark,

TriVita's never released value per customer over lifetime averages and has said they never will... The only reason being that if it's stated by the company it becomes EXPECTED by the affiliates. (In other words, some people just don't get the law of averages and don't realize that they could fall on the high or the low of it- they see only the number stated)

There are also so many aspects that can dictate the average... For example, is the affiliate gonna sit back and just let the company do the follow up and earn or are they gonna be active, get to know their customers, answer questions they have about products and possibly offer them some special offers that the company isn't from time to time (for example, right now I'm doing a 5th bottle free campaign for Nopalea to get them trying it... They buy a case, I give them an extra bottle. It's a win-win for both sides- they know they have 60 days to return the product if they don't like it and I get a $42 commission on the case sale and turn around and put $20 into buying that extra bottle for them through the Gift of Health program, meaning I make a $22 commission and have a person actively taking the Nopalea challenge for a month as opposed to a week so they can really see the benefits the product gives them. The end result- customer confidence in the product and increased sales (not to mention higher customer confidence in me )

As for your comment about 40% ROI, that sounds like a mis-statement (and I am hoping it wasn't me that mis-stated because I know I've thrown out a lot of numbers lol). The only thing I can think of that's 40% is your earning on a MAP customer's first purchase- after that, you earn 21% for life on their purchases.

About a year ago I did throw out figures for estimated # of MAPs ordering each month and at the time I came up with those figures, it was about 20% of my MAP customer base. I certainly can't claim that to be the case now since I haven't purchased any B12 MAPs since September of last year and I haven't done any recalculations.... At this point I obviously have "aged" MAP customers and I wasn't following up with them back then, so I've had people change their order habits or stop ordering entirely, but I've also seen others that never ordered back then start doing so thanks to the win back program.

Just to clarify, my decision to stop buying MAPs back in September had nothing to do with their quality... It was actually more about TriVita's transition to focus on the Nopalea product and the drop of the steadfast pack sign up options. Those changes made it more worth my while to quit focusing on affiliate recruitment and start focusing on product promotion since that's where the money was. I mean, at that point there was no upfront monetary gain for recruiting an affiliate and no compounded building benefit (new affiliates didn't come with customers)... But there was an instant 70% monetary gain for the sale of a product to a first time buyer.

With the introduction of Get2It and the ability to buy Nopalea media bundles for my working downline members, obviously I'm back to promoting both sides of things (affiliates and products). If all it takes is someone bringing in 2 affiliates for me to credit them with an additional 5 media contacts that brings back that aspect of compounded business building that I liked so much before.

Anyway... I went a little off track from what your question was and hopefully I answered what you were asking properly... I hate that I had to offer upa standard "nobody knows" type answer...

It is more like network marketing/Affiliate marketing.

You still get paid when you bring in new customers and associates.

Anyway you look at it, it is still a network marketing/Affiliate marketing business.

You will do very well if you take action and never ever quit.

There Is no better time to join triVita,

The Get 2 It program is a huge success.

I have admitted network marketing failures
and those that are completely new in my
organization that are both experiencing
success for the first time ever.

We are able to purchase the customers/bundles again.

Also, Trivita is going to continue the "Dash to Director" where you are able to purchase enough customer bundles in one month to become a director. You will be paid at the director level for 12 months after you have become a director even if your volume goes below that. That is unheard of. It is a very generous compensation plan.

This is what has allowed me to replace my income from my J.O.B.

Rebecca,

could you tell me a bit more about Trivita? I have tried lots of things bu honestly never heard of Trivita. Within the past year or so I have tried numerous programs and have found a couple that did work (they don't make you 40K in 60 days but they do make you some money).

Thanks and Regards,
