I would like to give my personal experience as a distributor for Ximo Health network marketing company.

I spent 10 months "chasing the dream" in a binary MLM without no success and recently joined Ximo.

Ximo sells real ephedra products for weight loss and increased energy. They are compliant with the FDA ban on Ephedra, but give people the same results and feeling as the "pre-ban" Ephedra products like Metabolife 356, E'ola, etc.

Prior to the ban, there were millions of doses taken annually by consumers and the ephedra weight loss niche was a multi-billion dollar industry.

Ximo comes in liquid or capsule form. Each bottle is $6 retail and contains 8 servings or about 4 days worth of product. The capsules are $60 for 90 capsules.

Ximo has a minimum purchase requirement of only $60. Every dollar is counted toward PV and Global Volume as well. There are no additional fees (no start-up or website costs).

It has a great hybrid unilevel compensation plan. It has features that allow for quick (daily payouts) of initial orders from new customers as well as highly competitive uni-level payouts on reorders.

It is NOT a requirement to be on autoship. The Company is also in Prelaunch, so it is very new. The products are highly retailable.

I just did a flea market where I sold out of 5 cases of the liquid and doubled my money in one day. I ran out of product and never even got a chance to sell on Sunday. People flat out want this product - and since you can drink a 2 oz serving and feel it in minutes, it is great for flea markets as you can pass out samples and they will come back and make a purchase when they feel the rush that the ephedra gives.

Each distributor gets a replicated website with a real storefront capable of accepting credit cards. There are no associated fees with credit card processing either.

Overall, I have found this to be a very fun and exciting company to be a part of. It is very new, but the products work and the upside potential is huge in my opinion.

Thanks for reading about my experience with Ximo Health.

We are excited to tell you about a new announcement with XIMO Health.

As of November 1st, 2010 we have a new owner! We are excited and proud to
announce the new CEO/President and owner of XIMO Health Mr. Erik Laver!

Erik Laver's Bio

Erik Laver started his Network Marketing career in 1992 with a nutritional
company outside St. George, UT called E'OLA International. He soon become
their highest income earner and eventually served as Presidential
Director. Between 1992 and 2003 he formed a downline organization that
consisted of more than a half a million distributors, which collectively
produced 25-50 million dollars in sales annually. While he was with E'OLA
he also authored a hardcover book, The Missing Piece to the Weight Loss
Puzzle, which sold over 12,500 copies.

In 2003 Erik Laver co-founded and served as President of SendOutCards.
During 2003 SendOutCards produced just over $100,000 in revenue, and five
years later, by the end of 2008, the same company was producing over $41
million dollars annually, consisted of 50,000 distributors, and had
100,000 active customers. In 2009 Erik Laver was a finalist in the Ernst
and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year. Also in 2009 Inc. Magazine listed
SendOutCards as #158 in both the top 500 Fastest Growing
Companies and the
Best of the Websites.

Erik Laver currently resides in Holladay, UT with his family and he is
currently CEO/President of XIMO Health "soon to be" one of the fastest
growing health, supplement, and network marketing companies in the world.

Haven't Heard Of Ximo ?

Over 10 Million people used ephedra before ephedrine was banned in 2004.
10 Million people KNOW it works. Herbalife, Metabolife, Ripped Fuel, Xenadrine, E'ola were just a handful of the companies that shared in a billion dollar a year market for ephedra-based products. Now, there's a safer, legal FDA Compliant product that can re-establish that billion dollar niche and Ximo is the only network marketing company selling real ephedra supplements.

Congratulations on that success. May it continue.

Many networkers bank on success with just one company. Be wise and diversify your residual income options. As anything can happen between going to sleep and waking up in the morning that isn't favorable to your income when you have all your cashflow in one basket.

I agree with FreeCashMan. I have signed up with Rob, and look forward to working with the Ximo line. I really like the idea of one product, and not have to learn a dozen products to sell. I also sell a line financial products,(direct sales) once again only one product, pretty easy to learn.
In my day job I am a salesman in industrial sales, and we sell dozens of products. It is real hard to sound like an expert in all of them, and that is what customers expect. I am going to run with these two for a while (I'll have to keep my day job for a while too) and then look for something else in a few months. BTW I think I found Rob online before I knew he was on this forum, small world isn't it.

I am curious. How is this legal if it has ephedra in it? It sounds like a great opportunity but I wouldn't want to be responsible for someone getting sick. I used to take pills with ephedra in them and loved them but I did start getting palpitations and the jitters after a while. Are there the same potential health risks with this?

Candy,

Not all forms of ephedra are illegal. Ximo is made with Brigham's Tea leaf (an American form of ephedra that is safer because it has none of the dangerous alkaloids banned by the FDA) ... Brig ham's Tea leaf gives many of the same energy boosting effects of the old products, but it is naturally not as strong so you won't experience palpitations or feel jittery. It will keep you awake and give you hours of energy without a crash.

It's a great home business with a great product. I sent you a PM also.

Friends,

It's been about a month since I gave a report on the happenings over at Ximo Health. Things are going great and the direction that new owner Erik Laver pointing the company in will make it one of the movers and shakers of 2011, I'm confident.

First of all, there is a big change in the marketing of Ximo starting in the New Year. Though Ximo attracted a lot of attention for advertising it's "ephedra" - much of it was indifferent or negative.

Ximo has and will continue to be made with Brigham's Tea Leaf extract (or Ephedra Viridis)... Though this is the American form of ephedra, it contains none of the alkaloids banned by the FDA. Brigham's Tea is admittedly weaker than its distant Ma Huang cousins, but it is still much stronger than the pick-me-ups found sugary energy drinks available in stores.

Ximo is an energy product. That is the focus. Its rival is the ever popular energy shots found in stores - only this one has more healthy ingredients and of course offers those who use it the opportunity to make a huge income by sharing it.

Ximo boosts energy levels and has many effects that helps kick up the body's thermogenesis, it is no longer going to be marketed as a weight-loss product. It is an energy product and if you have more energy, you can likely shed a few pounds as a result of increased activity. This is especially true for people who have lived largely sedentary lives prior to using the product.

That shift in the focus of the product combined with the introduction of single-serving foil packaging will make Ximo a fierce competitor in the energy shot market. Prior to this change, Ximo has been sold in bottles - giving the impression that the entire bottle must be drunk or also causing some portability issues with whether or not it needed to be refrigerated.

These small, single-serving foil-packaged shots will make Ximo a fast, convenient and effective options for a healthy energy boost. Moreover, these foil-packs will give Ximo a sample size that is capable of mailing at low-cost and handing them out locally will be a cinch. These foil packs will also be commissionable - meaning your entire autoship is essentially samples that you can use to build the business.

The third big change, is a redesign of the compensation plan. I do not have this yet, but I have spoken to Erik Laver at length about it and can assure you his experience as both a 7-figure yearly earning distributor and President of a popular network marketing company with hundreds of thousands in revenue is coming through here. The compensation plan will likely be geared to attract those building big groups - i.e. deeper percentages at deeper levels on the reorders. I know one hang up he has about the present one is that it pays 25% on the first level and people tend to order large quantities of the product through a family member on their first level and get the "rebate" and then sell the Ximo direct-sales style. He wants to change this and make the compensation plan pay out some big checks early and excite new distributors to rattle the branches and get others participating in the program.

Erik also loves to travel, so expect to see some incentive trips added to the program in the future. The compensation plan is going under testing in the next few weeks and once its proven that it can handle the speed and type of growth we're anticipating - I'll let you know when it's in place.

Also, what doesn't sound like much to many, but gives a huge-boost to Ximo is the creation of a dedicated customer service department. It is headed by a woman who led a team of dozens of customer service personnel at Erik's last company. Ximo was a one-man show with our old owner and despite how awesome the product was, he just couldn't get all the phones answered and products shipped. With Erik's arrival and subsequent influx of cash and vision for growth, customer service will be much improved.

Summing this up, Ximo (which countless customers and friends here will agree) is a product that works in minutes to boost your energy. It has one of the most experienced owners in the business. It is heading in a great direction - with a well-designed convenient packaging and improved compensation plan.

When I've shared this information about the "relaunch" of this two-year old MLM (one of which once had 15,000 active distributors with an inexperienced owner and no customer service department) with a new product focus, new packaging, marketing tools, a soon-to-be enhanced comp plan and a proven industry leader at the helm, I've had lots of interest...

The free join, no-start fees promotion ends on Dec. 31st. If you have any questions, or would like to speak with our owner Erik Laver, I can arrange a 3-way call. Just let me know...

This is the new art that is being designed for Ximo's new packaging and website. The new owner Erik Laver is pouring tens of thousands into the new website, back office and every other aspect of the company.

That could explain why I've sponsored 7 new distributors in the past week!

New Ximo Logos
