August 5th Conference Call Thoughts

Looks like Andy and Team are going to court to fight this...

 

Andy talked about possibly posting updates from the attorneys on the ASD site--and hopefully another call with more information this Friday. Time will tell.

 

His Reputation is pretty much dragged though the mud after reading the 100+ pages of the lawsuit.

Hard to believe a Nice Sounding "Uncle"/Grandpa would have such a record.

One thing to Note though is that this is just One Side of the Story.

Andy's Attorneys will draft a Response and Present Andy's side as well as an Explanation of His Past Records....would be interesting to see how they would explain all that.

 

One thing I thought was good, according to local news, no arrest have been made, just an investigation. I was thrilled to see Andy on the call/ webroom. If this guys a schemer he is one smoooth operator. He re-newed my hope. Doesnt appear to be trying to avoid any issues are details. I'm praying truth prevails, and praying we are partnered with the truth. I still believe with all of me I was led to this by God, even if all is lost He has a reason for this too.

I think at this point we are reading One Side of the Story...the Government's 100+ Pages Side...

Let's wait and see what the ASD Attorneys have to Publish...

You know, somebody told me back in May to never believe in a company that preaches about God. Reason, because "a lot' of religious people are nieve, gullable and will practically believe anything if you have somebody telling you that God will take care of you! God has no control over money!

I just wonder how many hardcore religious people joined ASD because they thought Andy was a man of God. Let me answer that....A LOT...I met many of them myself!

 

100+ pages of interesting reading. Pages 45 to end are exhibits.

First 44 pages have some new information. I do want to hear the other side. Once the reponse is filed--I believe it becomes a public document?

 

I do agree that the civil suit document was quite damaging to at least my opinion of asd and andy. It is not good that there was lying and exaggeration and a very poor success history in business...not to mention the felony charge prior to asd for fraud....

I just dont see how this can go his way. The basics money in/money out just doesnt compute and objectively there is nothing shown as to how it can sustain itself in that model.

Not sure how you all can still think that the facts I mentioned above can be found incorrect--they were quite provable facts....

I really wanted this to work....but as usual my husband the engineer was right....I fall for everything...he never does.

yes, and it would have to be earth shattering to prove the allegations in that document wrong. Did you see how many bank accounts there were? Did you see that felony charge?

 

I've been an expert witness to multiple lawsuits...and had the opportunity to review BOTH sides of every story...

The Stuff Written by the Plaintiffs makes the Defendants look like the Devil (ALWAYS).

The Stuff Written by the Defendants makes them look like Angels.

I wouldn't Call it a done deal until I read what is Published by the Defendants.

This case is closed. It's over. ASD is done. Given Andy's shady past and felony convictions, the federal government will not, under any circumstances, let him continue to run a company like ASD. They won't let him control $150,000,000+. They won't trust him to do that.

Where is Juan Hernandez?

Could he have done this under Andy's nose without Andy's knowledge and in Andy's name?

Andy trusted him completely. Juan had access to everything in ASD.

Why has no one mentioned him in this whole process?

Andy is still talking to us. Where is Juan?

The house overseas could be Juan's house. Juan could have transferred the funds overseas. Juan could have used the debit card for personal purchases. Think about it. It is very possible.

Let's get to the bottom of the truth.

Andy is 74. How in the world could a 74 year old man dupe this many people in his character?

Also, why would Andy say after Tuesday's night call that he would have a conference call on Friday, this Friday?

Let the shock subside. Let's think about this.
