We know very well that link building is a great process to generate huge business but we are newbie so we dont know much about it ?
Please let us know that how can increase and drive the traffic on our website?

Google and other search engines assume that if other quality websites link to your website that you must have a helpful site.
You therefore want to attract links from relevant websites. In other words, it's best if the other site has some relevance to your site. For example, a real estate agent's website might recommend your packaging company and link to your site. A real estate agent's site is relevant (meaningfully related to) a packaging company website.

Participating in social networks will give you a good traffic. In short, doing off page optimization can help. Like forum posting. It is a process to gain your backlink. And having a good backlinks will leads to a good PR. Having a good ranking in SE with your target keyword will lead to a good traffic. So just keep on building quality link with your target anchor text. Did you know that SE's index forums link frequently. But be sure you are participating in forums.

There are several good linking services out there.
If you sign up for one make sure you get one that doesn't give you a lot of back links at one time. You don't want an immediate rush of backlinks as that may appear suspicious to the search engines.
