I have for some time now been reading about preselling as a strategy to increase the sales of your products or services. I want to know how practical this is. Any tit bits and tricks to get me through? I am a novice in MLM. I thank all in advance.

Your signature is an example of pre-selling.
No details about your "product" just motivation to click the link.
You want the reader to want what you have regardless of the price.
Create excitement about the benefits, not try to sell them something.
Once they decide they need/want what you have they are pre-sold.

You might want to reword that to "refuse to grow old" to which I relate.
"Refusing to grow" does not entice me to click, sounds like stubbornness.
Are you British? (no) Aging is North American, Ageing is the King's English.
Translation to a world wide audience is a very tricky thing, if not impossible.
Think from the perspective of you targeted customers, then re-write again and again.
Once you find the words that "click" you will have them pre-sold.
That's why "a picture is worth a thousand words".
Images that make people happy pre-sell products.
"Oooh, I want to be like him/her, give me what he/she uses."
Make it so irresistible that price doesn't matter.
(Then offer a deal they can't refuse.)

of you targeted customers

And then re-read it to make sure your brain didn't misfire, lol.
YOUR targeted customers.
