What superlatives can I use to describe what was one of the seminal events of not just Agel... but of the MLM industry? My head is awhirl right now with the dizzying array of events that are still fresh in my mind. And I will make every attempt to be complete but I know that in the end it will be all but impossible... There was just so much happening, so much excitement.... so much AGEL! AGEL'S PRE-SHOW STARRED MY TWO TOP LEADERS BOB RICHEY AND JON MEREDITH! THEY ROCKED THE CROWD AND I COULDN'T BE MORE PROUD OF THEM... CONGRATS GUYS! THEN!.. we saw an incredible opening ceremony. Thousands of international team members, including 35 countries, were represented with their flags as they marched to the front of the stage. The United States Marine Corps Color Guard made a procession to the stage, drew swords in salute to Agel's Diamond Directors while bag pipes played and fireworks lit the stage! You had to be there... Team members were then able to hear from Agel founder and CEO Glen Jensen while he gave what he called the "State of Agel Address." In his speech Glen highlighted Agel's super-kosher-certification. He also told those in attendance about the exciting new countries across the globe that Agel has opened within the past year, including Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Columbia and South Africa. Glen also spoke about Agel's current market strength bringing in about 20,000 team members a month. In case you didn't read that correctly..... bringing in about 20,000 team members a month!!! And if there were any doubt how people in Agel are making more money in less time than they ever thought possible in Agel, consider this FACT.... This time last year Agel had 10 Diamond Directors each making 30k plus per month minimum... That figure jumped to 23 in just ONE YEAR! This isn't counting multiple six figure Corporate and six figure Senior Directors. For a company 3 years old... with that many top earners???? THAT'S INSANE SUCCESS! "The company has never been in a stronger position than now",said Jensen. Glen ended his speech telling the audience "My integrity isn't for sale" for which he received a 5 minute standing ovation". Next Agel team members welcomed this year's winner of the "Standing Ovation Award," Jose Lopez. Before announcing the award, Jose shared insights to his personal life (he escaped CUBA on a small boat only a few short years ago) and success, as well as surprising all in attendance by proposing to his beautiful fiance' on stage. Jose concluded his remarks by saying, "?“I am free, I am happy, and I am Agel." President of International Development, Darren Jensen then addressed team members, explaining three ways in which Agel is innovative 1) Agel's product. 2) Agel's compensation plan. 3) Agel's global expansion. Darren concluded his speech by declaring to an excited crowd, ?‚¬?“I am innovative, I am not for sale, and I am Agel. Another 5 minute standing ovation........ Darren also had the quote of the conference... "Never confuse innovation with imitation... you may have the best copy in the world.. but in the end... it's still just a copy" LOVE IT!.... LOVE IT!.... LOVE IT!.... LOVE IT!.... Then Glen Jensen, Jeff Higginson and Craig Bradley welcomed on stage, this year's Agel Top Income Earner Award winner, Randy Gage. After accepting the award, Randy declared to the audience, IN CASE ANY OF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED... I'M STILL HERE AND I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE! Another 5 minute standing ovation... The crowd went absolutely wild!!! He then went on to say.... "One of my goals is to double my income for next year." ... which of course we all know he will. The morning session was concluded with the revealing of Agel's newest gel product, CAL, a calcium gel supplement that comes in a new tasty chocolate orange flavor. More on that in a separate thread Immediately following the morning session, the Agel store was opened where hundreds ran to purchase this new thrilling product. It's clearly the BEST tasting Agel product to date! The Friday evening session of AgelWorld 2008 lived up to and surpassed all the anticipation that team members were expecting. Here are some of the highlights. Jeff Higginson and Taylor Worre hosted team members with the always entertaining and competitive game of "let's make a deal." The audience was filled with laughter and excitement as team members who participated won such prizes as a macbook pro, $1,000 dollars in cash and even a custom racing bicycle from Agel sponsored America R.A.D.D. (Riders Against Drugs and Doping). Agel team members were then amazed with unbelievable video footage of what Agel diamond directors had experienced as a part of the annual black tie event. Agel Diamond Directors were each given a NASCAR style car to drive around the streets of Salt Lake City with a POLICE ESCORT! .... UNREAL! Brent Jensen, Executive Director of the Agel Cares Foundation moved the audience as he introduced the special charity projects Agel Cares has been sponsoring over the past year. Just some of these projects include Agel's donation of $15,000 to Rising Star Outreach in India to support a micro loan fund that helps families in developing countries get started with their own business. The Agel Cares Foundation also shared a touching video of how their involvement with severely burned American soldiers has dramatically changed these soldiers' lives and given them hope for the future. Agel team members were then given the opportunity to listen to an exceptional roundtable of diamond directors, hosted by double diamond director Eric Worre. This extraordinary panel shared secrets of what has made them successful, and gave insights to how it is possible for every Agel team member to become a diamond, double diamond and triple diamond director. The evening session concluded on a high note with Agel's keynote address given by the famous Coach Jim Johnson. Coach Johnson shared with the audience his stirring story which has inspired the hearts of literally millions, and has been broadcast on Good Morning America, the Oprah Winfrey Show and ESPN. All this plus tons of breakout training sessions that left us all wanting more! Whew! What can I say other than...... I love Randy Gage and have followed him for years. Not personally though. Listened to him on his amazing tape years back: Escape the rat race and am subscribed to his awesome YouTube channel where he shares some great things. Way to go.
