Almonds easy healthy snack

    Bake in oven raw almonds until lightly browned.
    Sprinkle with want more energy from isagenix.

    So delicious.

    You are much better off baking them than buying the store bought kind that are already baked and processed, so I'm glad you mentioned that. However, eating them raw is the best way to go. [​IMG]

    They're good food. Avoid the salty ones or the flavored ones. You know the BBQ flavored almonds.

    I heard that eating them RAW is much more healthier then baking them and adding salt or other stuff on it.

    I buy the RAW and eat them that way without adding or baking them.

    I love them raw. Not so mad about walnuts but for some reason eating walnuts and a banana tastes good to me!

    Cover it in chocolate and I can eat almost anything, even raw almonds. [​IMG]

    Are you sure?!??! Almonds are the best!!!! Maybe you should try eating the flavored ones.

    I pick the straight from the tree here in Portugal and love them... strangely my dog loves them too! [​IMG]
