I agree that buying traffic is a waste of time. Establish a rapport with people and build your personal list that way and through lead capture pages where people request information from you.
This entire thread brings me to one conclusion, try your own and test carefuly. Don't just test to see how many hits you get, but test to see what they did while they were there.
