I stumbled onto Hypestat.com by accident so plugged in Just2EZ to see what it said. I was baffled by the backlinks report it gave me.... Google = 282 Yahoo = 237 Bing = 87,500 ?????????????? say what???????? what's even funnier is it says Bing only indexed 11 pages compared to Google's 382 pages. So has anyone else run their site to see if Bing is crazy or what? Oh, and my site is worth a whole $25.06 according to them, wanna buy it? Just kidding!
So I plugged in another one of my sites and came up with: Google = 115 Yahoo = 111 Bing = 11 Boy, if I have 87,500 links out there I don't have a clue how or why. Actual hits from Bing are about 1% of Google's on a good month. Me thinks it's just a glitch but I'll take what I can get for free.
There's certainly a glitch. For this forum, Bing backlinks are 0 and Google - 254,000,000. Way too off the mark.
Vishal P. Rao: Google - 254,000,000 Wow, and to think I was excited by 87 thousand! Difference is, your site deserves to have that many, I wouldn't doubt it. Well, maybe a little, that would be half the 500 million sites on the web. To put this thread in perspective, Alexa says you have 195 backlinks to my 3. And one of those 3 is from you, thank you very much. Dang, couldn't you have let me sleep on it and dream a little?
