Chicken Wild Rice Hotdish

    Chicken Wild Rice Hotdish

    4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    2 boxes (6 oz each) Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (original recipie-23 herbs)
    1 cup real mayonaise (not salad dressing)
    1 can Cream of Celery Soup
    1 can of mushrooms, not drained
    1 can french style green beans, not drained
    1 can water chesnuts, not drained

    Mix all ingrediets (with juices from the cans), pour into a greased 9x13 pan- Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes

    *the water chesnuts leave a crunch, i don't care for the texture so I omit them ( and they are yucky)
